The STORY
We met at our previous company, it took us a week to take our first photo and shortly after we knew the potential we had together to help companies.
We are one of the first companies to combine sales and operations in their projects. We have not learned what we know by studying, we have learned it by working. Because yes, we have both worked before on what we now want to create in companies.

Head of SDRs
Alexia Monterde
Alex began his career as an SDR in real estate, where he played a key role in developing the prospecting department.
He later played the role of Outbound SDR and Inbound SDR in a Start-up, which managed to successfully close a financing round of 10 million euros and experienced an impressive 150% growth in its team.
Currently, he holds the position of Head of SDRs, where he directs, supervises and develops the SDRs team. Her experience in different aspects of the sales process, combined with her ability to drive consistent results, has made her a key figure in the success and continued growth of the organizations where she has worked.
Revenue Operations Manager
Pau Coloma
Pau began his career as a Sales Ops Specialist in a promising Start-up, where he stood out for his work in the development of CRM projects. Later, he rose to the position of Sales Operations Manager at a unicorn.
Developed operations for three departments: Inbound, Outbound and Account Executives. Additionally, he led the operations strategy during the company's opening in the LATAM market, ensuring an effective and coherent approach throughout the region.
Currently, he holds the position of Revenue Operations Manager at a US company, where he assumes responsibility for the entire customer lifecycle within the organization. Manage all stages and aspects related to clients, from acquisition to retention and growth.
